Seller reviewHe is the most knowledgeable in the area, and he also has many competitive advantages in his broker market. kindness, ability to deal with different types of people, social skills, a great person of faith, command of different languages (my interest is Spanish), despite the fact that I speak English well, but this combination of both being able to speak Spanish and English closes the possibilities of any misunderstanding in the process of selling/buying a house. Just to mention some, becuase he offers more advantages. We went though many difficulties with the house, due to the previous tenants, and he supported me even better than a family member would do. If I owned a real estate company, I would have Tim on my right-hand side without question. That's how satisfied I am with his performance. Nothing but excellent in everything.
