The process of selling my home went smoothly like a well oiled machine. Tina was amazing and always available for emails and communication in general. She worked well with my hectic work schedule and my room mate being in the house. The house was only on the market about a week and we had multiple offers and got almost exactly what we were asking for. The overall process was fairly stress free and proceeded to plan. Her estimated appraisal also came in almost exactly correct. Tina knows what houses in the Stephens City area are worth very accurately. I would recommend her to friends and family and sell a house through Tina and Century 21 again.

Absolutely an amazing lady!! If you are looking to buy a home weather it's your 10th home or your 1st. This is the lady for the job! She made us feel so comfortable in our decisions and had answers to all our questions. Tina not only makes you feel like a friend she also treats you like family. We have gained a great friendship from this experience... words alone don't describe our experience with Tina.

Tina was wonderful from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable, kind, was not pushy and suggested several things to me at the start. She had different areas to list my home that always worked for her and when she listed my house online, as well as some marketing postcard mailing, it all worked and she sold my house the next day after she came to put sale sign in yard! I was amazed and so were my neighbors and friends that the sale sign just went up and it sold. I also got what I wanted for the house. Tina is one "great lady" & an excellent Realtor! Im so happy I chose Tina and I refer and give out her business cards to folks and neighbors who have not sold their homes which have been on the market for 90 days, 6 months or more! Im always referring her. She is absolutely wonderful and I hope other folks choose Tina for either selling or buying a home. Tina always got back to me, she was available but if she was in a meeting or with another client, she always sent a quick text to say she was in a meeting or with another client and would get back to me within an hour. She was never too busy. She is a "workaholic" and alot of messages I received by email from her were midnight or later and alot of times 2:30, 2:45, 3:00 AM. She is always working for her clients! I appreciate all her efforts and everything she has done for me!
