Therefore, she came highly recommended by someone they knew and respected. Since I had come to Texas from out-of-state, I relied on their recommendation. The other agent was leaving on vacation and referred me to Tina in the interim. Upon her return, the referring agent became ill, so Tina continued to provide exceptional service throughout the entire process. Tina and I had great rapport. She was pleasant and personable, taking much of the stress out of the process. She listened to my wants and needs and went out of her way to meet them, showing me many houses until I found the one that suited me best. I would definitely use her again and will recommend her to others. During my lifetime, I have purchased six homes, and this has been the smoothest and best experience I have had when doing so! Tina did an excellent job of staying on top of every aspect of my new home purchase, as well as taking time to explain exactly what was expected/needed at each juncture so there were no surprises. And she attended the closing, which in my past experience, many agents do not. In summary, Tina is an outstanding agent.
