A law degree and over twenty-one years as a landman in the oil and gas industry has equipped me for being the kind of REALTOR who pays attention to details and can successfully handle transactions from easy to difficult. I have built two homes and have relocated several times, so I am familiar with all the nuances of dealing with builders and I know how stressful relocating to a new part of the country can be. I am a people person who will listen to your needs and will not try to talk you into something that isn't right for you. Seller reviewAlthough the sale went very quickly requiring little back and forth (under contract within four days of listing), we strongly feel that Todd's support would have served us well had the sale taken months and run into extra trials. He cautioned us about many possible hurdles with reassurances from his extensive experience that he knew just how to handle them. Luckily, we did not run into any hurdles, but it was reassuring to hear him anticipating and preparing for whatever might happen.
