He earned an MBA from Northwestern University in Chicago and worked as a Media Consultant in Chicago before returning to Boise in 2005 to open Eagle Rock Properties.

I would recommend Todd McCauley and team with no hesitation. Todd was knowledgeable, friendly, kind, honest and set the price at a place that was realistic. He helped us with the specifics of the sale, but also with the emotional concerns that arise. I have had realtors try to convince me to make decisions not in my best, but Todd was always looking out for us. He went above and beyond when we left to head to our new location by making sure the house was cared for in our absence. He helped us set expectations at a reasonable level, did not make key decisions without us, but helped keep the process moving. He treated us with respect and at the end of the process, I consider him my friend. If you want an agent who is capable, kind, efficient, and thorough, goes the extra mile, treats you with respect and has a solid grasp of the market, Todd is your agent. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
