Todd was born and raised in Abbeville, AL . After graduation, he joined the United States Air Force and served for almost ten years as an Avionic Communication/Navigation Specialist. He was stationed at Eglin Air Force Base in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Todd relocated to Boone in 1996 and began his career in the sales industry. He quickly excelled and was promoted to sales manager while recognizing the importance of customer service and meeting the needs of clients. After several successful real estate investment projects, Todd decided to pursue a career in real estate. He and his wife, Hannah, reside in the High Country area. Todd is excited to be a part of the team at Century 21 Mountain Vistas and looks forward to helping you with all of your real estate needs!

Buyer reviewWe found Todd Reeder through a friend he had worked with in the past. They recommended him and that was good enough for us. Todd helped us with the viewing of properties, including getting us into some at the very last minute, and then quickly got an offer in on our first 'wanted' property. We were unfortunately unsuccessful in that one, being outbid by a small amount, but were successful with the second. Once the offer was accepted, Todd was awesome in making sure everything was handled correctly and in quick time - whether it was a reminder to me to do something or chasing down something from another party. Todd did a really great job in keeping attorney, broker and myself all connected and coordinated. From the time our offer was accepted to closing was 3 and a half weeks and we went in with a very basic mortgage preapproval. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone else.
