I did not pick Century 21, I picked Tom. It is Tom's choice to align himself with C21. I trust his judgment in that regard. His attention to details and knowledge of the whole process gave us peace and assurance at the time when the appraisal took a bit longer then expected due to missing safety issues Tom went after the appraiser and clalled them to his attention. Moreover, Because of his diligence and commitment to us as the customers he managed that appraiser and seller provided us with additional discount of $600 toward closing cost, and then managed to fix those issue for $130 in very timely manner while we where out of state for our son graduation.
