Tom did a great job getting the price set right and got the advertising in the right places. We were very pleased with the amount of traffic that looked at the house. We practically had a showing every day until the house was sold. That tells me that Tom priced it correctly and was spot on with the advertising. We could not be more pleased with his performance. We will recommend him to anyone buying or selling property in the area. Tom was the ultimate professional when dealing with me in all aspects of the sale process. Seller reviewMy wife and I highly endorse Tom he did a great job and give us a lot of peace during a very stressful situation we had our house on the market before with two other agents From different companies They did not price our house properly or manage it well. And it sat on the market for a long time. We were losing a lot of money due to this. When Tom took over he put it on the market that morning after evaluating and pricing it properly and that afternoon we already had a buyer who bought the house within two weeks it was sold. So we highly recommend Tom .
