He always made himself available any time needed and was always responsive in returning calls. Since we were doing a new build, it was very helpful that he also seemed to have a lot of knowledge about the building process. We really appreciated everything Tom helped us with.

Buyer reviewTom Torgerson was excellent throughout the transaction AND afterwards. We had some issues with the seller - and Tom took care of everything we needed even after the transaction. Not only is he knowledgeable about the area, he guided us throughout the process. We purchased this house out of state, and didn't have a chance to see it before we purchased. Tom was great with directing us to a home in this very tight market and making sure we had a place to move to and a place to sleep at night! There were a lot of moving parts in this escrow, Tom was on top of everything. I wouldn't use anyone else and have already referred a friend to him.
