His professionalism, knowledge of his craft and excellent people skills puts him above any realtor we've ever worked with. His availability was day or night, and we appreciated his extra trips to our hone when needed as we weren't in the area at the time of the sale. He's an amazing talented realtor and an even better person! We've worked with Tom twice now and won't hesitate to work with him again!

Seller reviewI would recommend Tom because I've had other brokers before and I was totally stressed out while working with them. Tom streamlined the whole process I was actually stress free working with him. He put my house on the market on a Friday and we received an offer on the following Monday. The sale was completed in timely manner as well. I have one more house to sale and I'm going with Tom.

He provided painters and handled all aspects of getting the work done. He professionally staged the home ahead of listing and made sure it was ready. I highly recommend Tom for anyone in the area in need of real estate services.

Seller reviewTom Webb was awesome! He went way over and beyond. He even set off flea bombs at the house for us because the prior renters caused a problem and we were in FL. He sold the house, which I seriously doubted would sell at all because of the damage done by renters, very quickly! He is also a great communicator and was always right there to answer any questions I had. I would definitely use Tom Webb again! Thank you, Tom!!

Buyer reviewAs first time home sellers, Tom was tremendous in giving us the confidence of listing our house and navigating the offers. His advice proved true as we had three offers in five days and were able to pick which offer worked best for us. His greatest help though was in assisting us as buyers. We purchased a home with a large amount of property and it was not a simple transaction. Tom did a lot of research and attached a written statement with our offer letter to explain our reasoning of the the offer. Tom was honest with us on the chances of reaching an agreement and helped us to navigate through counter offers and eventually come to a price that worked for both parties. In the end we have our dream home and property and I can't imagine it would have happened if we didn't work with Tom!
