Seller reviewToni is very knowledgeable, professional and and is responsible for the largest Real Estate office in our area. I have been in sales all of my life and consider myself an excellent judge of professional sales skills. Toni meets and exceeds all of my expectations. Our home sold within the first week. I am confident it sold quickly because it was priced correctly, showed well and Toni's access to qualified buyers. Seller reviewWe had knowledge of Toni in the past - not as a client, but as someone who knew our area and as someone who apparently represented the realtor position as it should be represented. And after our first meeting, we were convinced we had made the right decision. Her knowledge of our area, and the real estate market in general, allowed us to get top dollar for our house. We got 97.5% of our asking price and I believe it is the highest, or one of the highest, achieved in recent history. This would not have been possible without Toni's total involvement in the process, her networking skills, and her ability to market our house in such a manner as to achieve, what we perceived to be, outstanding results. Would heartily recommend her to anyone... Toni performed an an excellent manner in all aspects - but what stands out in my mind was her accessibility and patience. In any "seller/buyer" transaction, having access to your agent is of paramount importance. Toni was always there. That was very important to us. And patience. I have been told I am very impatient, but Toni took the time to make certain I understood what was transpiring, the time frames involved, and the hoped for outcome. I was very impressed by this particular trait.

Seller reviewToni is the best Broker we have ever worked with (my husband's company moved us an average of every three years around the USA, so we've met and used a lot of realtors). I don't think they can get any better. Toni exceeded the mark. Toni goes above and beyond and really understands the real estate business as a whole and the Kerrville market. She worked very hard with our mortgage bank who was very difficult to work with and Toni was able to get the bank to move forward to a satisfactory conclusion. Toni is supported by an excellent staff and they were also willing to help us especially after we moved back to the east coast.
