Was there every step of the way for advice and to answer questions. Took money out of her own pocket to advertise the property properly and offered a home warranty program to new buyer at her expense. THe best real estate selling experience I have had over the course of selling 4 homes. Went above and beyond anything that could have ever been expected. We would recommend her to anybody at any time. Above and beyond excellence in every aspect of personal and professional interaction. Very professional and easy to work with. Toni is a "real person." She is honest and caring and understanding. She seems to truly love what she does and does it very well. When working with Toni it feels like you have made a friend that you wish you had known your entire life.
