Great person nice personality very friendly Tracey was very knowledgeable and patient with my 84 year old dad, she went over and beyond to help not only with getting the home sold but with getting things in order, I would definitely recommend her.

Tracey Carpe was familiar with the development and knew realistically what the property was worth. As a result we were able to set a sales price that brought us several offers. I had no idea what condition the property was in, and what work was actually needed to properly market it. Tracey helped with everything; she was my eyes and ears regarding identifying what was needed, and with all contacts and coordination with contractors. Without her agreeing to assist in this manner, I would never have been able to sell this property, which was in an extremely distressed condition. We received several offers from people who were not qualified or wanted us to finance them. Tracey identified these situations and advised appropriately. Her negotiating skills are fantastic. She also handled for me the deposit, and coordinated with property management the fees required by the Co-Op Association. Tracey's services were Outstanding. She went above and beyond what was required in helping me since I was in Florida and the property she sold was in New Jersey. She found and coordinated the appropriate contractors to make the repairs, and cleaning and removing the items in the property. Without her expertise and assistance, I would not have known what to do.

Tracey is thoughtful and thorough and always professional. She made the whole process very smooth.
