Tracey took over my search when her colleague was unable to continue to assist in my search for a house in Toms River. Tracey stepped in and recommended that only three houses at a time be looked. This allowed me to better remember the details of each house visited. The first weekend, Tracey and I visited houses available I made an offer that was accepted after minimal negotiation. The purchase process was made easier my Tracey communication skills and willingness to go steps to make it happen.
