As a long time resident of Portsmouth, RI, Traci is very happy to announce her return to Real Estate. With strong connections throughout Newport and Bristol counties, Traci's area knowledge and expertise will make her a valued member of CENTURY 21 Topsail Realty. Traci has lived in Rhode Island, primarily Portsmouth almost her entire life. She is a very proud Providence College Alum, graduating from Providence college with a B.A. in History and a minor in Art History. Her family has roots on Aquidneck Island dating back well over a century. She has owned a home in Portsmouth for over 20 years, she raised her two beautiful daughters in Portsmouth, both girls are Portsmouth High School graduates, both girls are successfully enjoying their college journeys. Traci is a true Rhode Islander, and truly loves living, working, and playing in the Beautiful Ocean State. Having lived and worked in RI for many many years Traci enjoys sharing her unique local knowledge and experiences with her clients. When she is not busy assisting clients with their real estate needs, she can be found enjoying Family, Friends, boating and always with a camera in her hand .

Seller reviewI feel a broker must get to know the sellers. They need to understand what the sellers expectations are and they must keep in touch and have good communication throughout the sales process. Sometimes the process can be a little stressful, especially with first time sellers. You must reassure and be able to make sure the seller feels confident you are working hard to meet the needs of the seller. You must also be able to answer questions and explain things that can seem difficult and complex. Traci has checked all the boxes and was extremely pleasant to work with. She became a family member and truely cared about doing what was best for us. I would highly recommend her to my freinds and family. Traci was always very prompt and aways made time to answer all our questions. She also arranged all the contractors for work that needed to be done. This definately took pressure off us. I wish Traci success in the future. Anyone who has the luxury of having Traci as an agent is lucky. They can be assured she works tirelessly to meet all of your needs and expectations.
