I chose Tracy Thomas to be my agent because of her area-specific experience and extensive sales record. The house itself was previously a rental and needed a lot of work and was already a difficult sell given the age, location, layout, and other factors. I live in another state and had to rely on her to assist with contractors to get quotes and ensure repairs, to prepare the property for sale, list the property, negotiate contract terms, and assist with the closing. I also wanted the house listed with all of the major real estate websites which Tracy had already planned without my needing to ask. Most of all, I needed the house to sell quickly. Tracy was helpful from the start until the finish and was very confident that she could sell this property in a timely fashion. The house was repaired thanks to her recommendations/referrals and then prepared for sale in a short time and was not on the market long before going under contract. I was very overwhelmed with the sale of my mom's house after her passing. The house was filled with stuff from my parents living in it for 50 years. With a full time job of my own, I couldn't find the time to clean it out myself. I called Tracy and told her that I needed to sell, but couldn't find the time to get it cleaned out. She took her long list of contacts and set up a guy to clean it out for me. He was AWESOME! Cleaned the house out in 2 weekends to get it on the market fast. Put it on the market on a Monday and had a full price offer by Wednesday. Now that's fast! Tracy is, by far, the BEST in the field!
