Seller reviewWe respect and appreciate Tracy because she is not pushy and she listens. Our house sold within the first week we listed with her; we learned the hard way the difference between a listing agent and a selling agent. Tracy is a selling agent. I absolutely love her, and my husband, Eric, and I highly recommend her. We had already moved out of state when we contacted Tracy, and although, the house had been on the market since September of 2019, it had lost much of it's curb appeal. With our permission, Tracy had done did what needed to be done on the outside and then cleaned the inside herself as well as light staging at no extra cost to Eric and me. Tracy did a fabulous job; we contacted her around the first of August, I think, and our house closed by the end of August, 2020. Tracy is a wonderful person, and we are happy to call her our friend.
