She also did a good job of pointing out things that should be fixed up so that we could get full value. She was patient while we made these repairs. She knew the neighborhood and market very well and listed the house at a higher price than we thought we should. Tran was correct and we got full value in a short amount of time. She is highly recommended.

She pointed things out that we would've never known to look out for that were very helpful! Tran Li helped us read and understand every single piece of paper we had to sign and return ! I just don't think we could've done it without her! Tran Li answer every phone call, email, and text we sent out to her ! She is a sweetheart who actually cared about our needs and feelings!
