Ahmad Rivazfar Rochester, NY Travis Crow of Pensacola, FL managed a very difficult situation with the closing company and the buyer that seemed not having the funds before the signed the contract and the closing company managed that for them. Travis made all the necessary moves and applied pressure to finally getting the closing company release the funds to me. I have worked with travis before and actually this was the 3rd property he sold for me. The other two went smooth and no problem what so ever! Travis is professional and polite and aggressively follows the path of sale. A disgusting closing really ruined my experience from the sale of this property. I would recommend that Centry 21 insist on not using an extramely biased company that played around with the closing and delayed releasing the funds 23 days after the contract closing date. I am addressing on my behalf but you should too. If it wasn't because of Travis I could have stopped the sale since the contract was breached by the seller and the closing company and kept the deposit.

My previous broker who will remain unnamed didn't answer my calls/emails when it was time to sell/buy. It just so happened that my dad was also selling his home & in the market for land at the time, and Travis came highly recommended as his broker. Travis was thorough & meticulous when addressing any concerns we had, he always provided effective solutions quickly and executed consistently. Our home was on the market 3 days and we'd had more viewing requests that we could handle, 5 offers and less than a week later we'd entered into contract. Travis dealt with logistics & did the leg work. He helped us review the pros/cons of each offer, and in the end we sealed the deal on a great one that was more than we listed for! We ended up exactly where we wanted to be, a brand newly-constructed home in an up-and-coming neighborhood where our kids can play safely outside. At the end of the day and all business aside, Travis is a genuine & friendly guy that you'd feel great having a beer with or having him coach your kid's little league team.
