My priority in any transaction is knowing, without a doubt, that the people I am working with have made a good choice and won't wake up the next day regretting their decision. I try to imagine myself in my client's shoes and help them make decisions as if the money was coming out of my own bank account. I enjoy knowing that the decisions we make together as a team in the process of buying or selling a home is in their best interest.
I spent 10 years traveling for work before I became a realtor, and now enjoy being closer to my family. This has allowed me to coach for my son's flag football team and volunteer with the Minden fire department. In my free time, you will find me enjoying the great outdoors with my wife Chelsey and our modern-day Brady bunch! We spend most of our Summer at the lake!
At the end of the day, I really like to make real estate buying and selling fun and exciting, simply because it is a very rewarding process for everybody! I would love the opportunity to help you!

Buyer reviewWe met Travis at an open house, coincidentally a few houses down from the one we purchased. We had not yet chosen a relator to work with. We'd been approached by a few but didn't really get good vibes from any of them. When we met Travis he was easy going, not pushy and didn't ask me a million questions like the others had. He answered the silly questions I had and we talked about gardening. When it came time to pick a relator we knew immediately it had to be Travis! This was my first time purchasing a home and I had a bazillion questions and Travis answered each one and never once seemed annoyed. He is very patient! Travis kept in touch with us on a regular basis. Not once did we ever feel like he didn't have our best interest in the forefront. We would highly recommend Travis!

The first house I selected I was outbid and was a bit bummed out, but Travis worked with me, my budget and all other aspects to find a range of homes for me until I found the right one. It was even a large improvement over my first selection.
