Tresa is a successful and licensed realtor with Century 21 First Choice Realty, servicing Tulsa and the surrounding areas. Although professionally, Tresa has only been in real estate for 3 years, personally, she and her husband David have moved approximately 18 times in 28 years. She attributes this to their love of real estate and believes they probably missed their calling to be builders. Besides her family, her love of people and homes is what led her to this industry. The timing was right, and she felt this was the best of both worlds. So, she jumped right in and hit the ground running. In these 3 years, she has been a multi-million-dollar producer each year and earned the Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award, and Rising Star Award. Tresa prides herself most on providing great customer service above all else. Her goal for her clients is to help them achieve their real estate goals with ease and have a wonderful experience. Purchasing a home is one of the most important life decisions, and she understands the process, always striving to be one step ahead at all times. When she meets clients, her desire is to be more than a business transaction but to become lifelong friends. All of her clients' testimonials really come down to one common denominator: how well she treats them, how important they felt they were to her, and how excellently she took care of them during the process. Tresa is a wife to David, a mother to her two children, Taylor & Faith, and a Nana to her 6 grandchildren. When Tresa is not helping her clients in real estate, you can find her cheering on her grandkids at a baseball field, football field, or basketball court, depending on the season. When there is time for a getaway, you can count on her being on the beaches in Destin, Florida, with her family and friends.

Buyer reviewTresa Hunter, an angel on Earth. I found a home near my family, and knew I wanted it. But buying a house while going through a divorce is exceedingly difficult. Somehow she and worked her magic when all odds were against me on the sellers accepting my offer. And then there were so many challenges and obstacles after I signed the contract, due to my personal situation. She and her husband guided me through every step, and were there for me in ways that exceeded their duties. When I say Tresa went above and beyond, I mean she flew to another planet to help make this happen! I cannot sing her praises enough. I'm so blessed to have been referred to her, she and David made my seemingly impossible dream come true.

We explained to her what we were looking for and she provided excellent options of properties that met our needs. This was important because we didn't want to spend a lot of time looking at properties that didn't meet our specific needs. Each property we looked at checked our boxes and we found the perfect one for us. Communication and follow up through the mortgage and closing process was excellent. I am so glad I randomly connected with her from a great distance away, when moving to Tulsa. She waited months for us to move, and continued to keep in touch with us months in advance of our move. We had multiple realtors we were in contact with, but only Tresa was the one who cared about our family and journey. She became an instant friend to our family and our children. We were the most PICKIEST clients and it never hindered her determination to help us find our new home. Due to personal reasons, we had to rent a year after she spent 6 months with us searching. We felt so bad, but she continued to have faith and stuck with us until the following summer. Ultimately, she found us our dream home.
