She was representing the seller on the house we were interested in, once we connected with her we realized we were lucky to have her to represent us as well! She went above and beyond through out the entire process. Not only did she make herself available day and night, she took the time to really make sure we understood every step of the process and to answer any questions we had. Her knowledge of Alaskan properties extensive, and she was able to answering so many questions on the actual inner workings of the house to help us make decisions. We loved working with Tsali!

Buyer reviewour purchase was complicated for multiple reasons. one, living 4500 miles away from the home we were buying. so when my husband flew to alaska to look at homes, Tsali had prepared a schedule to visit multiple homes within our budget, desired locations, and rooms/amenities we needed. once my husband found our dream home, she offered excellent advice to navigate the bidding war. then, unfortunately, the part needed to complete the septic inspection was delayed, so closing was delayed several times. Tsali was on top of the negotiations, updated the closing contracts multiple times to keep it above board, and contacted the inspectors to expedite the process once the part arrived. we had a deadline with our 1031 exchange and were it not for Tsali's efforts to keep things moving, we would not have met the 1031x deadline and would have lost a lot of money.

She was always right there in a phone call, text, or in person when we needed her. She was incredibly helpful with making sure we understood what part of the process we were in and what was coming next. I couldn't have asked for a better agent for our first home buy. She is knowledgeable, professional and so fun to work with. 6 out of 5 stars!!
