We had a unique situation that required careful planning and needs but Tyler did very well with helping us work out situations involving time of sale and made the entire process quite smooth. Questions and concerns were responded to quickly and communication was adequate. His presentation when he showed us the comparables for our property was so thorough and clear, we really connected with the information. Tyler has a system down that marketed our house. He knows precisely how to manage the sale of a property. He is an expert. He's absolutely amazing. Tyler is wonderful, as well as his staff. He's concerned about the family and how we are doing. We had a lot to do to get our home listed. He even brought us drinks when we had worked all weekend to get the house down. He's awesome!
