When I spoke with Tyler Shockley I knew he was a person I could trust and that he would be able to make sure I dotted the eyes and crossed the Ts. He is a most likeable and very knowledgeable guy and he was there for me every step of the way. his patience is outstanding and after closing I felt I had made a great friend that the rest of my family could contact when they were ready to buy. I was somewhat familiar with Tahlequah as my parents had retired there several years back. I was thinking about selling my house. A friend recommended that I set a meeting with Tyler to get advice. I was going to borrow money from my retirement for improvements and wanted guidance on what would sell faster. Tyler advised not to borrow money. He advised that the improvements needed would be minimum and the buyers could negotiate. He had the house sold the next day. I couldn't be happier. The buyers did negotiate for me to pay a portion of their closing costs. I agreed to that because that was less money than I planned for improvements. Also, a quick sale saved me $1000/month house payment. Tyler gave excellent advice all the way around. He gave me the options. Tyler was very patient with me. He always responded promptly to my questions. Very accessible. Tyler Shockley sold the house in less than 24 hours. I recommended him to a friend of a coworker and he sold their house in less than a week.

Tyler was very helpful and professional if he didn't have an answer to any of our questions he found them as quick as possible very I'll fall in all aspects of our homebuying process would highly recommend him and Century 21 right real estate in the future to anyone looking to buy.

Tyler was recommended by Lisa Pinnick at Homestead mortgage. Trusting her expertise, we called Tyler. This was one of 3 rental properties our family had decided to sell. Even though the properties were not in perfect condition, Tyler was very positive in his approach to market the properties, and sold all three as agent for both the buyer and seller in less than a year. When we are ready to sell more properties we will definitely use Tyler again. Tyler always answered my calls and texts immediately, and communicated response every time that he knew of a showing.
