Seller reviewTyna made the sale of our home seamless. Also the team at Century 21 helped with two open houses, even though Tyna did advise us that they don't do as well in the Southern Maryland area. She was correct, and we didn't get a lot of traffic during the open house but, we did sell our home in a timely manner during even though it was during the time that real estate slows down in the Fall. We loved the online booking service this allowed us to show the house making it easy to coordinate with the buyers realtors showings of the home and receive feedback. We were able to move forward with the offer making it possible to close quickly. Pictures for the house are paramount, her photographer is excellent and showcased our property. Tyna is very professional and knows the Southern Maryland market very well helping us list our property at a competitive amount. This was our first time selling a home and Tyna and Amber were great through the entire process! Thank you to Century 21 for the help in our first sale!
