We are very pleased with the way The Sharp Team handled the sale of our current home and the purchase of our future one. We feel they worked very hard by aggressively marketing our home. It's obvious they are very experienced and know what they're doing. We appreciate our home being staged and having three open houses the first weekend. Even before the open house we generated a lot of interest. And it was sold in such a short amount of time (a little over a week)! We received multiple offers and the one we accepted was over the asking price. Also, they negotiated two months of rent back after close of escrow which was crucial in helping us find the right home. When it came to purchasing the right new home, we weren't going to settle. The Sharp Team took us to several houses before finding us the perfect home in our most desired location. We initially became aware of Valentina's services because she left flyers on our door step for awhile detailing other homes in our area similar to ours and what they had sold for. We were impressed with this strategy and reached out when it was time to sale our home. She supported us through minot renications to our home in order in quickly increase the resale value of our home. She asked very little of us during that process and took the lead, always available to discuss progress and address concerns. We wold not have been able to complete the series of renovations we did in the timeline we were hoping for without her. Whenever we had an issue with our home she always had a contact to help address that issue. She was always well prepared and professional. Valentina went above and beyond to meet our needs as clients. We have two children and full time jobs and she was always considerate of those factors. When she would make recommendations that weren't suitable for our situation she was always respectful of our decision and supported those decisions. She spent time educating us on the various components of selling a house and made sure we understood what we were doing before we did it. We felt safe and well adviced throughout the process. We would definitely utilize her services again in the future for additional properties.
