I have been a part of the Fredericksburg community for more than 25 years and a REALTOR® for more than 13. What really drew me into this profession was the satisfaction of educating buyers and sellers, allowing them to make empowering decisions. My goal is to surpass expectations whenever the time is right for my client. I am currently a member of the Women's Council of Realtor's (WCR) and Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS® (FAAR) Special Functions Committee. I'm also a Certified Short-Sale Professional (CSP) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). Before I transitioned into real estate, I was a Director of Convention and Banquet Services. I worked in hospitality management for 32 years where I really learned how to treat a client with the utmost service. I also learned the essence of timing, which in this industry, is very important. One of my hobbies is my love of home decorating. A properly staged home can allow a potential buyer see themselves living there and be a determining factor in purchasing a home. I also enjoy gardening, sewing and taking part in my church as a teacher for Children's Church and a volunteer nurse. I have served as a volunteer nurse in the Nurses Ministry since 1999. Seller reviewValerie Dellandre went above and beyond in ensuring that my home was staged beautifully before photos were taken. With me being located in Arizona, she basically managed the property from staging to maintaining its cleanliness to weekly check ups. Valerie's was very big on communication and following up with the Buyer's Agent to the contractors assisting with repairs. She answered my phone calls immediately and responded to my emails very quickly, sometimes, very late at night or early in the morning. Also, a few Zoom meetings took place so that she can explain the entire process of selling a house and go over the paperwork. She was a great teacher! I want to give a big THANK YOU to Valerie for a job well done. It's not easy selling a house while being located in another state but she truly stepped up and relieved some of my stress throughout the process. Exceptional service and I have already referred her to friends and family! :) I will definitely choose to work with Valerie again!

She never stopped working for me, even at times i felt like giving up, she never stopped and always reassured me that eventually we would find a house for me. Always there when I had questions. Very quick responses to phone calls/texts/emails. Very friendly and approachable. I will be definitely be recommended her to anyone who ask. This was my first experience in purchasing a home and even though it is a long stressful process, Valerie made it a lot easier for me. I would not have wanted to work with anyone else. i am very glad i got to experience my first experience with Valerie!

Buyer reviewBeing a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about the whole process. Valerie went above and beyond to make the whole process and stress free as possible. After looking at less then five houses I was able to find the perfect house, in a great location. This was in part to Valerie drive in finding home as soon as they came to market, and finding the time to drive up to Norther VA to meet me. Needless to say, I don't believe I would have had as a fantastic as an experiences if it would not have been for Valerie. I will absolutely look to Valerie when purchasing any properties in the future, and to other friends and family.
