Seller reviewWhen it came to marketing our house for sale, she put together a list of simple improvements that should be done to increase demand for the house. The open house was a Saturday, the Friday before 14 interested buyers toured the house. The day of the open house 13 potential buyers toured the house. We had an offer Saturday night above asking price, we took it. Completely satisfied with Valerie.

Buyer reviewWe really enjoyed working with Valerie McBain throughout the home purchasing process. As first time homebuyers, my Fiancé an I relied on Valerie's deep knowledge of our local market. She was able to recommend a great home inspector as well. Valerie is always available for a phone call, and had very prompt response to any requests. She was excellent at informing us of new houses on the market and helped us schedule tours quickly to be competitive. Valerie also helped us craft our offers to be most competitive and appealing to the seller, which ultimately made the difference in a fast moving market. Valerie had endless patience for our many questions, yet was also polite when telling us to cut through the clutter and get down to the important stuff. We very much enjoyed working with Valerie and would recommend her to folks looking for an experience agent in the Rochester area!

Buyer reviewValerie McBain was extremely personable and easy to communicate with, both in regards to what I was looking for in a house and any questions I had regarding the process of buying a house. As a first time home buyer, she also pointed out things in the houses we saw that I would not necessarily have thought to consider myself. Valerie even found and gave me a towel from her car to help with a small drip in the house I purchased (we already knew about drip but didn't see that it had gotten a little on the floor). Absolutely above and beyond!
