I found this very helpful as I knew very little about pivotal information about houses and buying a home. Val is warm and friendly, easy to talk to and very down to earth... she makes you feel at ease during what could be a very stressful time. Val really got to the bottom of what our needs were and then searched for our dream home with a fine tooth comb. I would highly recommend Val Styer to help you with your home buying needs.
