As an out of town buyer in a hot sellers' market with little inventory there were some challenges, but we were able to find the right home and get it under contract in about a month. And then Vanessa did a great job shepherding the deal and protecting my interests as a buyer along the way to closing. I've been in the house a month, and am very happy! Vanessa also has a whole network of contacts and local knowledge and connections that I have found to be a huge value-add!
