Vanessa was wonderful! She came to my home in advance to talk about the future sale of my home and what I would need to know about selling my house. When I was finally ready to put that "For Sale" sign in the yard she spent a lot of time explaining the details and the process of selling to me. Vanessa kept me constantly updated and excited about every detail of selling my home. Selling my home was such an emotional change for me. This is probably very routine for some people but Vanessa held my hand the whole way. She understood not only the business side but also the emotional side of selling a home. I am sure that she had a lot of customers at the same time but, I always felt as though I was Vanessa's only client through the entire process. She made me feel like I was her highest priority at all times. Vanessa is very detailed, kind and honest! I couldn't be happier with her help!

I was very scared about buying my first home. My sister told me about Vanessa Lefler-Larned. I tried to do my homework before I started but I didn't know what all I needed Vanessa was not judgemental of my lack of knowledge. She held my hand and walked me threw everything. She helped me find the bank and a loan officer. She gave me choices and numbers. She kept me up to date with everything. She was there when I closed. I love my new home and I am paying the same as I would rent. Thank you Vanessa Lefler-Larned.

Even though our home search seemed rather short, Vanessa was able to show us a very diverse number of homes that all seemed to meet our search criteria. She was helpful in keeping our expectations realistic but also helped us when we struggled with some areas of concern on certain properties. Vanessa was everything we feared we would not find in an agent. She was engaging and really listened to our questions. She was helpful in steering us to properties that met our needs. She was in constant contact with us about properties, showings and when the time came, she was central in helping us craft our offer on our dream home. She always responded to questions promptly and kept us calm when we were at the point that we thought we should be stressed to the max. We developed a true appreciation for Vanessa's skills and dedication to helping us with the transaction AFTER we had an offer accepted. Post offer, Vanessa was machine. She helped us thru the inspection process, working out small details of the purchase agreements on both properties and making sure that everything went as smooth as could be. Our only regret through this entire process is that Vanessa did such a fantastic job helping us buy our dream home, that we will never get to use her services again because we are never leaving this house!! We love it here! I will tell every one I know that if they are buying or selling a home, that Vanessa Lefler-Larned is the ONLY broker that they need. She will make the entire search and transaction process be as smooth and as stress-free as you could ever imagine.

Vanessa went above and beyond in so many ways it's hard to list them all. But a few would be she was very knowledgeable about all properties on the Centry 21 website, and was also willing to show us houses not on the Centry 21 website. As first time home owners we gave pretty vague descriptions on what we wanted because we weren't sure of what we were looking for, or how to word it. Vanessa was able to understand our vague descriptions and show us properties that we loved. Out of roughly 5 houses we made offers on 3 due to her showing us great properties. Although we love our house and are glad the home buying process has ended we are saddened that we won't get to chat with Vanessa. She really is the best there is!

Vanessa was absolutely fantastic and was so helpful when we were buying a home. She went above and beyond in all aspects of the purchase, and was very knowledgeable. Communication was excellent!
