As an agent who isa native of Northern Virginia, I have extensive knowledge of the area. Prior to moving to Warrenton 20 years ago with my family, I lived in Manassas for 32 years. I have spent 28 years in the real estate industry to include Construction/Land Loan Officer, Property Management and Real Estate Sales. Find properties that most closely matches your search criteria, referral to a reputable Lender who will find the right loan program for you, make appointments to view homes of choice, CMA prior to contract to insure a fair offer, negotiate on your behalf to include sales price, earnest money deposit, breakdown of closing costs, what items convey, set up home inspection and closing, work closely with the lender and closing company, stay in close communication with "you" the purchaser and closely monitor the transaction from start to close.
Sell a Home
CMA to accurately price your home, listing on MRIS (local mls), advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, conduct home tours, gather feedback from all showing agents via lockbox, negotiate the purchase contract, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork, supervise the closing and stay in close communication with "you" the seller from start to close.
Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Often times buyers do not visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience which can help you maximize your selling price. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that is sold quickly.
