Buyer reviewAs a first time home buyer I really did not have a lot of insight on the home buying process. I knew Vera as an acquaintance from a previous church we attended. I wanted someone I knew I could trust to have my best interest in mind. With the way the market was when we were looking you had to have an agent that was on top of things, or the house would sell before you even were able to view it. Vera insured we got to see each house we wanted. She is persistent and I Love that about her. I would call/text Vera multiple times a day and she always got back to me promptly. She always made me feel like whatever question or concern I had was at the top of her list to get answered or solved.I felt like a priority with her. I will definitely use Vera if we ever have to go through this process again. I highly recommend Vera for all you home buying/selling.Vera helped us buy our first home. Thank you Vera!

She found me exactly what I was looking for and location was very important to me... I would HIGHLY recommend her with no hesitation... She took my needs into consideration and ran with it from there. Again,she was amazing!!! Her attitude,politeness,and respect was very important to me and she meet them all and more... People like Vera gives the company an excellent rating I am very thankful to have ran into Vera... It was a blessing... I appreciate everything she has helped me with. Buyer reviewVera Lupian was so kind and patient as I was a first time buyer. I wanted to buy but was unsure and scared of the whole process. I would see listings and Vera would make the arrangements to go see the homes. Vera was knowledgeable and never pushed. Vera was so patient no matter how long or how many homes we looked at. We Finally decided on a home Vera stayed late into the night to put in our first offer ever. She called me the next day with the great news that i was going to be a homeowner. I was shocked. Vera explained the whole next steps. I was always in the loop thanks to Vera. Within 30 days Vera Lupian handed me my keys to my new home.
