Verna "V" Regler of CENTURY 21 Selling Paradise

Verna was very knowledgeable in all aspects of selling my condo. She was always friendly and professional. I have and would always recommend her to family and friends.

We have sold several homes in Illinois, this was our first in Florida. We had no knowledge of Florida rules and laws. Verna helped us thru everything we needed to make a quick and smooth sales experience. I would use Verna again in a second, and also would recommend her to anyone!

We highly recommend Verna "V" Regler! I was helping assist my 90 year old father who had decided to move back to Minnesota to live closer to family. From the moment we met Verna we could tell she was the real estate agent we wanted to work with to sell our mobile home in Horizon Village in N. Ft. Myers. We knew of Verna because she had been marketing in the park for several years & my father had saved her information should he ever want to sell. We listed our home with her approximately 2 weeks prior to Hurricane Ian & we had an offer within days of listing. Unfortunately following the hurricane the buyers decided they no longer wanted to proceed with the purchase & we took the home off the market. The home suffered some damage & Verna was very helpful with putting us in touch with people who could make the needed repairs at a time when it was extremely difficult to find qualified workers with integrity. It took several months for the repairs to be completed, but Verna continued to be extremely helpful in assisting us while we were back long distance in Minnesota. Once the repairs were completed we were able to quickly relist & Verna was able to get another offer to purchase. Without going into the details I will just say that there were challenges along the way, but Verna did everything she could to assist us as well as the buyers & their agent to get the purchase finalized. We now consider Verna as a friend & we plan to stay in touch. In our strongest opinion it would be hard to find anyone better than Verna. Simply put we could not have accomplished all of this without Verna's help & professionalism!

V was great to work with. She is very personable and knowledgeable. She always responded promptly when we reached out to her with questions (and we had allot!). We would highly recommend V to anyone looking to purchase a home in the area.

Verna certainly has all of the abovementioned characteristics. Her attention to detail and keeping the seller informed of any new detail are extremely helpful to the seller. I did not speak to anyone in the CENTURY 21 SELLING PARADISE office. Verna took care of all of our needs. Verna has an outstanding reputation in Horizon Village Park. her record speaks for itself. Everyone in Horizon Village looks forward to opening the "Violet Letters" we receive from Verna. Actually, it is quite a clever advertising idea. Even if the resident receiving the "Violet Letter' is not anticipating the sale of their home, it keeps everyone on the same page as to the value of a similar home to the one they own. The photos she provides to place on the web are outstanding. We now have a new personal friend, "V" Regler! Because we both go by our middle names, we explained that our family and friends call us Gordon and Joy, however for a legal contract we are John and Barbara. Verna spoke to us as Gordon and Joy from that moment. We liked that. Due to the fact we moved out of state before our closing took place, we were confident that all of the details were taken care of.
