Vikki was quick to respond to calls/e-mails, and was always very knowledgeable on different topics and issues. Also, she was quick to respond on questions we had to which she did not immediately know an answer. Vikki was patient when we needed her to be and did not waste our time on unimportant things, or the things that did not matter to our criteria. We never felt rushed, pressured or misled by Vicky; she understood our house-hunting style and adhered to that style very well, which made our house-search experience much more enjoyable. Vikki is AWESOME!
