All of these are reasons why my experience selling my house was not as traumatic as I had expected. Vic Ressler seemed to understand things even before I mentioned them-his experience in the market of houses was, & is, invaluable. I feel like I have a friend, not just a realtor. I always felt that I was important to him & that he wanted the best for me-not just for himself, but for me. I could not have asked for a better person to take care of the sale of my house. He was always available to me, & no question was too small to be answered with respect! I was surprised that my house sold so quickly, & it was not anyone's fault that it was an old house that needed things done to it before it was a done deal. Vic made it as painless as possible for me, & stayed with me every step of the way, making sure I understood everything going on-& especially everything that I was signing. I was, & am, deeply appreciative for his commitment. My house sold in two days so I didn't have much experience with open house or such. The people in the office were extremely helpful, understanding, friendly, & professional! I was impressed & thankful.

Vic was always a step ahead in the process and really helped facilitate us get closing earlier. Excellent etiquette and manner. Humble and approachable at all times. We are so happy to have Vic as our realtor. Vic goes out of his way to prepare things for us ahead of time. He is always available to help reach out to the owner to answer our questions.

Vic is very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and patient in his handling of details of the listing and explaining a lot of the contract to those of us not in Real Estate and familiar with the verbiage used in the contract and in the forms at closing. I would recommend Vic Ressler for the reasons stated above and our level of satisfaction with the whole process. In my opinion he would be a good model to train your new sales people by.
