Victoria was very easy to work with and quickly supplied us with appropriate contacts of builders and home options that fit our requirements. Victoria was critical to our purchase as we had to constantly renegotiate changing aspects of our contract due to the inspection results and our mortgage application process while we were in locations of Alaska with spotty communications. She managed both the other realtor and our mortgage reps professionally and quickly allowing us and the sellers to close in a very tight time frame. She used her nights and weekends to frequently update and distribute the constantly changing amendments and we have deep gratitude for how professionally this was handled for us allowing us to enjoy our vacation knowing she would keep all the paperwork moving quickly which she did expertly. Victoria was ready to handle any needs we had including knowing contractors to help us understand problems and costs of issues we could run into during our purchase. That was critical for our negotiations. She never gave us any reason to consider another realtor. Victoria was very helpful in writing up our contact and amendments and was available any time day, or night, which was critical since we were on multiple vacations when this house became available.

Victoria Baker always responded to our questions or concerns in a timely matter, as I mentioned in the pervious question. She always worked with us on our crazy schedules and I would have to say she did go above and beyond helping us with last minute showings and even helping with us on an inspection of a furnace. Victoria Baker went out of her way to be there to let a certified person in the home to have the furnace inspected for us. Allowing us to continue with our work schedule and getting the information needed for us to have piece of mind when purchasing the home.
