Seller reviewThe home I sold was built by my grandfather in 1923 and has housed four generations of my family. Vincent intrinsically understood the ramifications of how difficult a decision I had to make and acted upon it in the most caring possible way. Since I live in Florida and out of necessity had to deal with him via long distance much of the time it felt as though I left the sale to a family member. He handled the CO requirements and inspection upon request. What more could I have asked for during an emotionally draining experience. I am now almost 71 years young and grew up at 45 Montclair Avenue in the home my grandfather built in 1923. It housed four generations of my family including my grandchildren and up until January of this year my mom who is turning 98 years young.
