Seller reviewSince I am from out of town and needed to sell my aunt's home, I pretty much was coming into this with no knowledge of local real estate agents. I was given Vincent Zaloom's name from a woman I was working with at a local bank. I gave him a call and was impressed by the conversation I had with him on the phone and the prompt reply I received after leaving him a message. I invited him to come to the house for a meeting to discuss our needs and felt he was the one I should use, so I never called anyone else. The house sold quickly and I was pleased with the work Vincent did for us. I was very happy with Vincent. Coming into this cold was a bit scary for me, but I was very lucky to find Vincent and Jon (the lawyer) who both were a good fit for me and were very helpful with the sale. Both of them really helped to ease my fears about doing this long distance.

He respected me as a person, he valued my time, he knew just what to say to the buyers, he kept his word, and his office staff did an outstanding job of addressing my concerns. For instance, Carolyn Cassino the office staff at Vincent Zaloom Century 21 was successful in getting the buyer's agent and the property manager communicating.

This along with his knowledge of the real estate market led me to trust him. Vincent was aware of the status in each step of the process and he made sure that I was always well informed. I will definitely use Vincent's services in the future and I highly recommend him.
