Buyer reviewAlthough Ginny presents herself in a professional manner at the same time she was warm and easy to talk with. She had a clear understanding of our Real Estate needs. Our move was tricky because we closed on our former home two weeks before we closed on the new home. Ginny stayed in contact with us and more than once reminded us the situation was temporary. Those reassuring conversations made the transition far less stressful. Our closing was scheduled on the first birthday of our first grandson. We mentioned that we were disappointed about missing the party. Ginny assured us that she would take care of the settlement and we should go on with our plans. We flew to Florida for our grandson's first birthday while Ginny represented us at settlement. After the closing she took our proceeds check to our bank for deposit. We are so very grateful and impressed with her service.
