Gini Pelton has been a member of the member of the Century 21 Team since 2006. She holds a bachelor's degree, began her career working for the Federal Government in Social Security, was a car salesperson, served with the Michigan State Housing Development Authority for over 13 years, worked for West Shore Community College, and finally found her way to CENTURY 21 Boardwalk, a career that she says came very naturally.Seeking to grow her personal business, she found that she shared Suzanne's business philosophy and saw the benefit in being part of an internationally respected company. She thrives working as part of the CENTURY 21 Boardwalk Team, a group of agents that work together to have the best possible impact on the Manistee community and those we serve.

Buyer reviewFrom the start of staging the home to giving us the information to that would sell the home was outstanding. we did what she said and it happen.Sure there are always bumps along the way but she always was there to smooth them out and provide an optomistic, positive response. Buyer reviewGini was everything we could have asked for in an agent. She was prepared on the day of our visit with listings for all properties which fell within our guidelines. She adviced us as to which pieces of property would be more difficult and therefore, more expense to build upon and pointed out things we wouldn't have thought of. Gini was very respectful of our price limits and did not try to entice us to go above the amount we felt comfortable spending.
