Ginny was excellent handling the sale of my home! She had a great understanding of the neighborhood and was able to quickly handle the paperwork for the closing. Ginny was also able to recommend contractors to fix up a few things after the inspection. I have known Ginny for a few years and had recommended her to a friend to sell their home before mine and that family had the same experience and was treated with the same care as if it was her own family!! What can I say...…..Ginny is my BFF! Always answered our calls or responded via text that she would call back asap. Was somewhat of a long distance purchase and Ginny showed up every time for every meeting, inspection, showing, and even for the new carpet quote. Just AWESOME!
