Wade previously spoke with my MIL about property she had considered selling years ago. He was very patient and pleasant to her along with doing research even tho he knew she wasn't ready to sell at that time. After she unfortunately passed away, we had no doubt we wanted Wade to take care of selling her home. Being a long time Realtor and having an exceptional reputation in our community, Wade had several contacts he reached regarding my MIL's home. My MIL's home was older and had not been updated (ex: Electric was still ran with a Fuse Box, Asbestos Siding), therefore Conventional and other lending options were not going to be available to buyer. Wade reached out to those he knew might be interested in a cash purchase which I'm sure took several hours. From beginning to closing (and after), Wade was polite and patient with us…he kept us updated at least once a week, always returned calls, usually the same day if possible. All areas marked Excellent for a reason, he was Excellent. Receptionist was always polite and professional . As stated previously, Wade was given a challenging property to sell for us… he took the challenge and exceeded our expectations.

Wade helped us sell the house in just one day! He knows what he's doing and is eager to help get the job done and won't rest until the sale is complete!

Would not choose anyone else. He is the cat's meow Excellence could not have asked for a more friendly and professional salesman.
