I can truly say that it was only through Warren Davis' diligence, persistence & constant professionalism were my wife & I able to purchase our home. My wife & I cannot praise Mr. Davis enough nor express our appreciation sufficiently. Warren Davis is an awesome realtor. We had a limited time frame to not only look at houses, but to close on one as well. He worked 24/7 to get us into the house we wanted. He was in constant contact with us, explaining things in great detail and guiding us through a very unfamiliar process. Warren pushed everything along to make our closing happen sooner than we ever thought we could.He answered every phone call and text promptly. My husband and I cannot thank him enough for all of his help and guidance. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

Warren is FAN DAM TASTIC!!!!! I could not have made the American Dream my reality without him. I am serious. Warren was there when other realtors would have bowed out. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for. Everything he showed me was where I wanted to be. Some homes needed more time put into them then I would have wanted. Warren read this in me. It enabled great dialogue between he and myself. Ultimately culminating in a successful find. Additionally, he had to navigate what were potentially hazardous waters. Even up to the time of closing, there were things that could have squashed the whole process. But, because of his expertise, we made it! It has been a great adventure working with Warren. He listens, helps and finds. His knowledge of the industry and communities is second to none. Basically, I did nothing but show up and sign. He did EVERYTHING necessary to educate and facilitate. When I buy in Baldwin, Warren is going to be there. C21 is very fortunate to count him as theirs. Trust me. I don't give praise unless it is warranted. In his case, I can not say enough. Like I said. I showed up. Mr Davis did all the work. On the item of accessibility. Everyone could learn from Warren. If his phone program is not unlimited, text, phone and data, well then, I surely ran that bill up! It was an adventure with the final result being, my son and I have a HOME!! So my overall experience? I sleep better at night because Warren got us a Home! It's a big deal!
