I would highly recommend Wayne Reid for all of your real estate needs. Wayne is very personable and easy to talk to so right away you feel comfortable talking to him about what you expect from the process. Since I had never sold a property before, I had a lot of questions. Wayne was super patient and answered all my questions. He never made me feel like my questions were stupid or didn't apply to our current situation. We don't currently live in the same area as the property was located so we used all of Wayne's recommended contractors. We would have never been able to get the work done so fast and at the price we pain if it wasn't for Wayne. Because a relative had referred Wayne, I knew I could trust him to look out for our best interest. And he certainly didn't disappoint. His advise always reflected what was best for us.....not him. Wayne kept in constant communication with us. Even when he went on vacation outside of the U.S., he stayed in touch with not only us but also with contractors working on the property. Wayne got us top dollar for our property and we can't thank him enough for everything he did. I'm going to miss talking to him! Mr. Reed was referred to us by another agent. He set up a Zoom call to introduce himself. We discussed what we were looking for in our search. We discussed the demographic we were looking at and he suggested additional areas to consider. He was very patient with our search and very confident that he would find the perfect home for us. He went above and beyond our expectations. He stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend Mr. Reed to friends and family.

This was my first time selling. Also we decided to sell within 3 weeks, so I was a little worrisome in the beginning because everything was moving soo fast. Wayne was my realtor when I purchased the house so it was only right to use him as my selling agent. He just made the whole process soo smooth and kept me updates daily, I knew the daily traffic my listing was getting online evry day. An we actually found a buyer sooner than wayne predicted plus its never bad when you get more then asking. My hardest part of selling was keeping my house show ready clean with my pets and a newborn. Wayne is more of a friend at this point we still talk and it's been 6 months since we've sold.

Wayne helped me through the whole process of selling my home. Waynes attention to detail and his professional was beyond my expectations.We had some set backs that were out of our control but Wayne was quick to adjust our game plan and we sold the home. I was pleased with Wayne's service and his availability through my whole process. Wayne treated my family like his own family.
