Seller reviewWayne goes beyond the normal duties of an agent. He is very caring, very understanding. Try's to accommodate the buyer as well as the seller. We had renters he scheduled with other agent to renters schedule. I would recommend him to anyone, family, friends, clients. It would be hard to be better than Wayne as an agent. He is very knowledge in his profession. He will answer any questions you may have if he doesn't have the answers he will get them for you. Wayne helped me with upgrading my house ready for sale on codes electrical and new septic systems. He also is good at giving suggestions on good selling points to your home. I feel Wayne is one of the best agent a person can use to sell there home.

Wayne was able to find a buyer interested in the home before it was advertised. Wayne is very professional and did a good job of communicating and providing the necessary details.
