That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener, as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This client-first philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. Buyer reviewHis low key easy pace method of providing updated data on possible listings of interest and his noticeable interest in making sure he knows which items are priorities for the client helps ensure that time is not wasted looking at properties that are not of interest to the client. After having dealt with several other agents earlier in our search for a property of the type Wayne found for us it was a much more pleasant and professional experience to deal with Wayne. We were quickly able to narrow down the available properties of interest and proceed to a successful conclusion even though we were traveling in Florida to multiple locations while putting together the offer on a Northern Virginia property including all the associated data needed for getting to closing quickly and with very little rework. There is no doubt in my mind that in the future when asked for a recommendation on agents to use in Northern Virginia and even other areas, Wayne will be at the top of my list.
