Seller reviewWayne is very thoughtful and kind and he has your best interest at heart when dealing for you. He is a broker that goes above and beyond to help families through the process of buying and selling their properties. He helped me find the house that was perfect for my family during our stay in Wellsboro, PA. He took the time to understand my needs in terms of commute and preferences. He guided me through every step of the process, down to every little detail which included landing a contract with a reasonable and reliable provider to mow and plow the big land I purchased. 4 years later I moved for a job to another state so I asked him to help me with the sale of my house without my presence being required. Again, he took care of everything down to the last detail, closing by mail, and even deposited my check in the bank for me. I will forever be grateful to Wayne for everything he did to ensure a smooth process both times.
