I cannot say enough positive things about Wendy. Not only is she patient, kind, and knowledgeable, she's also a BOSS who is exceptional at what she does. Wendy helped me purchase my first property, and from start to finish she prioritized my needs, answered my million questions, and made my big life decision easy and exciting. Everything was smooth sailing, and I am so grateful. I highly recommend Wendy without reservation.

In this market, buying/selling a property is extremely competitive. There are so many options available for the consumer. We feel that our purchase was successful due to Wendy's tenacity, and ability to communicate effectively and quickly. She is an example of what an agent should be as she advocated for us as the buyer on a very, competitive property. Wendy was in communication with my Husband for a year before we started to look for houses. I can just imagine the 1000 questions she had to answer. Lol She prepared us throughout the year for this purchase. A agent who don't expect you to be ready but helps you GET ready is AMAZING! Wendy definitely was well knowledgeable about what she does for a living. It wasn't about just selling property for her it was about making sure we have a house that we can call our Home. She was patient and understood that this was a big decision for anyone to make. She's also was well connected with a wonderful Lender name Scott. So adding him to the team was a cherry on top. It was smooth and easy. I literally can't think of one complaint or headache we had during this whole process. Ppl said buying a home is frustrating and stressful. I can literally say we had no frustration with anything and she prepared us so much that we wasn't stress about anything. I can't wait to buy the next property with her. Definitely looking forward to it very soon.

Having to sell my home was not something my children and I were quite ready to do. Wendy listened to my concerns and my listing price. She made everything so easy. Wendy was incredible during the process. Wendy explained on day one what we could expect in terms of paperwork, timing of process, which quite frankly was a bit overwhelming.
