I have looked at other agents, the reason I chose Mrs. Downs, is because I dealt with her on my rental, she is very personal, caring, and treated me like I was one of her own family members. She looked out for me, and got more angry when the Lender was not doing what she knew they were supposed to be doing, like being one step ahead of the game. I would definitely and already did recommend Mrs. Downs to other co-workers, family and friends. Mrs. Downs goes over and beyond when she came all the way to the Settlement's Business to be able to close me, she sat with me till midnight even when she was under the weather, until I received that key in my hand. Mrs.Downs is the reason now that I am looking into being a Realtor as well. All I can say she went over and beyond to get myself and family into our first time home, she even opened the house when I had to go out of town, and had no one for the furniture delivery people to deliver my daughter's furniture, she was there even after the closing. Mrs. Downs is more than a Realtor to me, she is a Big Sister. Mrs. Downs is was there for me from Day 1, she was sick and did not even want to go to the doctor, until I closed,she even offered me her house to stay when the bank reconditioned me another week. Mrs. Downs is all of the above and more. Excellent !!! I only dealt with Wendy Downs from the day I stepped foot into her office from the day I closed. She made me her VIP! My overall sales experience with Mrs.Downs was above and beyond Excellent, I was treated like Royalty.
